I am a registered nurse with 35 years of experience in maternal child nursing - including pediatric and neonatal intensive care, prenatal and postnatal community nursing and postpartum nursing care. I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) - the highest certification level there is for lactation consultants. I have been providing lactation care to pregnant and postpartum parents since 1996. I’ve also breastfed two babies of my own!
